Lindsey Troy is a singer, songwriter and guitarist best known as one half of the electrifying rock duo Deap Vally, who made the decision to split last year, but not before setting out on a final, jubilant farewell tour, with shows across the UK, Europe and North America. Known for their raw, blues-infused garage rock sound and fierce feminist energy, Deap Vally gained attention with their debut album Sistrionix (2013), featuring singles including “End of the World” and “Walk of Shame,” and went on to release two further acclaimed full-length LPs (Femejism in 2016 and 2021’s Marriage). Over the years, Deap Vally toured internationally with artists including Blondie, Garbage, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Muse, and collaborated extensively, including on a full length LP release with The Flaming Lips (as Deap Lips). With recent releases, Troy now turns inward, exploring themes of nature, family, and transformation with poetic honesty and emotional resonance.
